The fact that this house is built right on the boardwalk and has unlimited views of the ocean is just part of its charm.  Architecturally it’s fascinating!  We employed a horizontal board and batten feature to the exterior which curves to mimic the bend in the road, and in the rear of the house we used rough beams to support shade-giving overhangs over the east facing windows.  The overall effect is definitely eye-catching
